Anders was a most sensible musician and it was such a pleasure to listen to him playing a solo on the marimba or playing chamber music with the RoMA trio. Hearing the Glorious Percussion Ensemble in Gubaidulina's great work for percussion and orchestra was overwhelming. I composed Origins/Glades for the Kroumata Percussion Ensemble and Time Arches for the RoMA trio. I was also fortunate to know Anders personally. Conversations with Anders were adventures. He was a thinker with a natural talent to explain his ideas. Anders was a visionary.
