Program Note
Four Poems by Bruno K. Öijer, a poet I've been reading since his debut. To me these poems symbolize four sides of art; the magic, the inner imagery, the work of the artist and the personal memories.
Chosen was commissioned by the Swedish Performing Rights Society to celebrate the 75:th anniversary. The Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra led by B Tommy Andersson premiered the work and Annika Skoglund sang superbly. The recording was later released on the CD Within Trees.
